Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms governing participation, registration, and use of our services.
Refund Policy
1. If you register for a class and realize before the class begins that your athlete can no longer attend, you can request a full refund or site credit. Site credit takes the form of points which are redeemable at check out and which never expire.

2. You also have the option of revisiting other available classes at the same level, and we will do our best to accommodate transfers to other classes. As long as there is still space in another class that works for you, we can generally transfer your athlete to that class. But be aware that classes often sell out before they begin. As soon as you realize the current one you register for no longer works for you, we encourage you to reach out!

3. Once classes begin, transfers are not guaranteed to be available.

4. If your athlete does not want to continue with the class after their first session, you can request a refund, which will be honored less the price of the one week of class already taken.

5. If you register for a class and know in advance of classes starting that your athlete will not make all classes:
-
If you will miss one or two of the classes, you can request a refund or credit.
-
If you know you will miss more than two classes, we will not refund or credit for more than two. At that point, it is likely better for your athlete to find another more suitable class for your schedule, or wait until the next round to participate.
-
If you register believing you are available for the class schedule, and then become unable to attend, reach out to us and we will reconcile on a case by case basis.
-
Emergency situations (such as injuries with a doctor’s note) will always trigger a credit or refund.

6. Refunds can only be issued back to the card that was used for purchase, and generally require 2-3 business days to process once they are initiated. Your bank may hold those funds for an additional period.
Photo Consent
By participating in REC It Volleyball classes and tournaments, it is possible that your student will be included in pictures and/or videos that are used exclusively as social media materials on REC It’s Instagram, Facebook or TikTok advertising pages. By registering your child athlete into REC It Volleyball programs, you are giving your consent for their image or likeness to potentially appear in said materials.
General Terms
-
We reserve the right to ask your athlete to change clothing or shoes that do not fit the standards for athletic activity. Your athlete is generally not required to wear kneepads, but it is encouraged for protection. For additional information on kneepads, please refer to the "Athlete requirements" section on your individual class registration page, which may give you specifics about days when kneepads are required.
-
Food and drink is not allowed on the courts, as per the policy of our host facilities. Your athlete is encouraged to bring water with them in a secure container, which must be kept in areas designated by the coaches.
-
Parents are welcome to stay for the practice and observe, or leave at their discretion. If you choose not to stay, you are expected to come back at the end of class time for immediate pickup. In emergency situations, a coach (typically the Class Director) will remain onsite until a child is picked up, as long as there is clear communication about timelines. If you choose to stay, we encourage you not to split your athlete’s attention away from the class.
-
In the very unusual event that a student is disruptive in class, including but not limited to being disrespectful to coaching staff, repeatedly and/or purposefully ignoring instruction, or being detrimental to the experience of their classmates, the Class Director reserves the right to remove that child from class at any time. In that case, the situation will be documented with ownership and communicated to the parents to determine what measures to take from there.
Player Consent Agreement
Athletes who participate in REC It Volleyball programs are choosing to play a sport at their own risk. Athletes agree to adhere to REC It Volleyball staff instructions on how to minimize the probability of injury during play. Athlete parents will be asked to sign a standard Release Form when they join one of our tournament classes and attend the tournament event itself, as the Form is required by our tournament host facility in order to participate.
