HOW TO KNOW WHEN THE ATHLETE IS READY FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL TOURNAMENTS
THE ATHLETE KNOWS THE ROTATIONS FOR 2 POSITIONS
THE ATHLETE DOES NOT NEED CONSTANT REMINDERS FROM COACHES ON WHERE TO GO
KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1) ROTATIONAL POSITION 2) SERVE POSITON 3) SERVE RECEIVE POSITION AND 4) DEFENSE STANDBY
THE ATHLETE CAN BALANCE THE ROTATIONAL RULES AT THE SAME TIME AS PROPERLY EXECUTING THE SKILLS REQUIRED OF THE POSITION (EXAMPLE: IF THE ATHLETE IS A SETTER, IF THEY CAN SET THE BALL TO THE OUTSIDE HITTER, BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE COURT, THEN THEY MUST DO THE PROGRAM AGAIN.)
PLEASE CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND ADD YOUR ATHLETE TO GET FUTURE PROGRAM UPDATES VIA TEXT MESSAGING. WE WILL SEND OUT TEXT REMINDERS WHEN NEW PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE SO YOU DO NOT MISS OUT. THIS IS COMPLETELY FREE.
