Paul Comer, 26, of Windsor, Connecticut, was charged with aggravated trafficking in a scheduled drug and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. Brittney Simmons, 20, of New Haven, Connecticut, was charged with aggravated trafficking in a scheduled drug and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.All four suspects remained at Penobscot County Jail late Monday afternoon, a jail official confirmed.According to Miller, when Old Town police and probation officers visited Smiths Brunswick Street home for a probation compliance check, they seized a hypodermic needle loaded with methamphetamine and a needle loaded with heroin in <a href=https://www.polenes.us>polene usa</a> Smiths bedroom.
