Donna was born Sept. 14, 1951, in Dover-Foxcroft, to Dwight and Frances Bell Strout.Donna graduated from Foxcroft Academy in 1 <a href=https://www.stanleycups.at>stanley cup</a> 969 and went on to work at various places in Dover-Foxcroft, Mayo Memorial Hibbard Nursing Home, and Bishop Boarding Home. In 1977, she moved to Searsport with her husband, Karl; and two children, Bill and Nicole. She became administrator of Bayview Boarding Home and oversaw the first part of the transition of it to what it is today. She also owned and operated two businesses in Bucksport 鈥?Village Video and Slender You. Donna loved her children and her grandchildren.
