New Delhi: A man, impersonating a Flight Lieutenant and duping over 100 unemployed youth in the name of providing a career in the Indian Air Force, has been arrested, a Delhi Police official said on Thursday.   The accused has been identified as Kamal Sharma, 39, a resident of Vikas Vihar in west Delhi.
