Air Astana has established a new heavy maintenance centre at the Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev airport.The $19 million facility features a sing <a href=https://www.stanleycups.at>stanley becher</a> le 5,500sqm hangar that can accommodate a single widebody up to Boeing 787 size, and a narrowbody concurrently.In addition to the hangar, it also has a spare parts warehouse and various workshops for component MRO.Air Astana says the facility is the largest aircraft repair centre in Central Asia and will offer services to carriers based in Kazakhstan and abroad.Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that Air Astana operates a fleet of 30 aircraft, comprised of 13 Airbus A320-family aircraft, nine Embraer 190s, five Boeing 757s and three 767s.
